Choose the access method that matches your role. Detailed programme manuals become available after you sign in; they are not published on this page.

Delegates: Access Code

Use the current Delegate Access Code provided privately by your Faculty Advisor or the OISC organizers. This is not a personal password and is intended for the current delegate cycle.

Open the OISC Delegate / Faculty Portal.
Select Delegate Access Code.
Copy the code exactly as provided, without a space before or after it.

Faculty Advisors should confirm the current code with the OISC organizers before sharing it with their delegates.

Faculty Advisors: GCLI account

Faculty Advisors use an individual GCLI email and password. Faculty access is not provided through the Delegate Access Code.

Open the GCLI sign-in page.
Sign in with the email registered to your GCLI account.
Return to the OISC Portal; eligible Faculty Advisors see the faculty view automatically.

Do not share an individual GCLI password or Faculty-only portal information with delegates.

Access-code troubleshooting

Confirm the method: Delegates enter an Access Code. Faculty Advisors use GCLI email and password.
Use the current code: Confirm it with your Faculty Advisor or the latest OISC organizer message before trying an earlier code.
Copy carefully: Remove any spaces that may have been copied before or after the code.
Ask for help: Delegates should ask their Faculty Advisor for the current code. If it still does not work, contact GCLI Support with your name, institution, error message, and approximate time. Do not send the code itself.

After you sign in

Delegates can open the protected Delegate Manual for the programme steps and direct portal links. Eligible Faculty Advisors can open the protected Faculty Manual for roster, programme, and faculty-only guidance. The portal header also provides a 2026 Booklet link to the visual reference guide.
