Pending registration means the account has no password yet. Resend registration is for those accounts only; registered accounts use the administrator password reset. Link extension changes an existing unused registration link and does not send email.

Add one member
New members receive an account registration email. When an existing registered member's roles change, they receive an access update email instead. You can send an administrator password reset later from the Users tab.
Bulk add from CSV
Required columns: name, email. Optional: institution, country, roles, scope, membership_type. Use semicolons for multiple roles, for example oisc_fa;gcli_member. Use oisc_observer for a read-only OISC view and gcli_manager for delegated management of non-Owner accounts.

Audit log
Records are retained for account-security and support investigations. Filters change only what is shown; they never delete records.
